Personality: Milly is one happy fellow. Not much can bring him down from his shining, sunny day; not even a rain cloud. He's extremely flamboyant, and often considered 'that annoying friend you just can't get away from'.
Soul: Orange with bandages around it, resembling the cloth over Milly's eyes.
History: Milly was not always blind. When he was just a little child, he could see the world like everyone else. His parents didn't tell him that he was born with a genetic disorder called Bardet-Biedl syndrome, which had also made him 'sterile'. Quickly Milly's sight began to deteriorate; things were no longer bright or sharp, instead they were faded and blurry and quickly became worse until there was nothing left but darkness.
The disorder had caused his family grief, and Milly's father left knowing his genes wouldn't be passed on through his son. But he hadn't left them with nothing. Milly's family bathed in wealth. To keep the income high, his mother went back to work; leaving Milly with a 'babysitter' (Miss Alexis, the maid). Growing up around mostly women, Milly has become quite feminine and is not shy to consider himself a lady.
Milly was often pitied for his lack of sight. With age, he had learned to take advantage of the pity and get as he pleased like a spoiled brat; only hoping to squeeze everything out of the pitier until they reconsidered. Though he cannot see, Milly is not ashamed and advertises his disorder by covering his eyes with a cloth (though that wasn't his intentions with the cloth). He is also not incapable; instead he wishes to become a meister in the famous school, Shibusen and prove himself.
Eventually moving to Deathcity after much convincing, Milly takes it one step at a time trying to prepare himself into proving his worth. Now that he's grown so much, he understands that it's a likely decision that the great Shinigami won't allow him in, since he would need 'special' materials for the book studies. Without questioning, Milly automatically assumes he won't be allowed and is often found badmouthing the school despite his goals. Milly often sneaks out of his home and his maid's watch so he can mingle with other inhabitants of the city. He also has constructed a 'training' ground amidst the large land the family owns on the edge of the city so he can hone his skills. Unfortunately what he can do on his own is limited; there's no wavelength or resonance practices he's set for himself, so he specific goals now are to gather his determination and try to apply at Shibusen.
